How We Do It. How We Work With Talent ⚡️
A clear, fast, and collaborative casting process that connects talent and production seamlessly.
Search & Selection
We carefully select talents through targeted searches, shortlists, or direct selection based on each specific brand, project’s creative needs, and timeline.
Quick Onboarding
Once selected, we reach out via email to confirm participation and request key info. To keep the process moving smoothly, we ask talents to provide these details within 24 hours.
Production Coordination
After onboarding, our Casting Team connects you directly with our Production Team to kick off the creative process.
For UGC video projects, you will receive the full script, key information, and, if needed, products to film content by the set deadline.
For Field Production projects, additionally, we will coordinate with you on shoot dates, crew members, locations, and further details.
Here’s how our payment process works: You’ll receive 50% upfront after being hired, and the remaining 50% once your footage is approved by our Creative Team. We value clear, honest, and timely communication. One of our goals is to make every collaboration smooth and efficient for everyone involved.
